This travel system comes with car seat, mosi and stroller seat, carry cot comes with seat belt clips but doesn't come with rain cover, the car seat has adjustable head rest but the hood is missing and the straps on car seat are discoloured because they had to be cleaned, u can by strap covers, rain covers and hoods cheap on amazon. Other then a few scratches it's in good condition, all covers have been recently washed, the mosi is good for visiting family out of town, my boy loved the little characters. The stroller seat never got used.
